Alexis L. Stirrat, CPA - Founder, President
Alexis graduated from California State University – Sacramento with a Bachelors degree in accounting and has her CPA certification from the California Board of Accountancy. She has over 17 years of accounting, auditing, and tax experience and has worked with/in various industries including not-for-profit, real estate, and automotive. Having entered public accounting in 2011 with Pomares & Co., LLP, a firm specializing in the automotive industry, she obtained a wide range of knowledge relating to new auto dealerships, commercial real estate, benefit plan audits, small business accounting and taxation regardless of industry, and individual taxation. She is a member of the CalCPA, AICPA and ACFE.
She is also a past member of the AutoCPA group, a national association of CPAs who specialize in services to dealerships, is patterned after the dealer 20 group concept, and consisting of CPA firms providing services to more than 1,500 dealerships across the nation. Her past membership has afforded her a wealth of knowledge, as well as a network of friends and professionals.

The accounting industry has faced a plethora of changes over the past several years. Those changes have been the catalyst for innovation and adjustment, and have taught us all how to pivot on a moments notice. For some, change is hard. Understandably so. At Evolution Tax and Advisory we like to welcome change with open arms. To us change is positive, fosters growth, and creates resilience.
Yes, change is scary. But stagnation is scarier. We choose change!

And so, in 2022 Alexis founded Evolution Tax and Advisory with the dream of developing a new type of relationship with her clients. One that is meaningful, respectful, and beneficial for both parties.
She is dedicated to the never-ending pursuit of something greater, in business, and in life.
As a result Evolution Tax and Advisory utilizes some of the accounting industries newest software and technology. We leverage the latest and greatest in order to provide the absolute best service possible.
